Explosions reported at Iranian ports of Mahshahr and Qeshm

Telegram channel @GeoPWatch reports Iranian state news agency IRNA also describes a U.S. strike on Qeshm Island, and an Iranian missile launch from Haftkal, Khuzestan, possibly a SAM launch. @GeoPWatch notes an alternative explanation: a transformer explosion at Mahshahr. Cause remains unclear and unconfirmed.
