Germany plans extra €100 million for Ukrainian infrastructure repairs

Reuters and the Telegram channel ClashReport report that Germany's finance ministry proposes an extra €100 million for Ukrainian water, energy and transport repairs. It would be added to about €250 million set aside in September for the Ukraine Energy Support Fund.
